Dominican Bachata by Jaxen
Jaxen; Malaysia's top Bachata Instructor is now going back to the roots of Bachata by bringing into Malaysia the Dominican Style Bachata. Expressed in a different way, the Dominican Bachata focuses a lot on the footwork and has a very different way in expressing its musicality as compared to the modern bachata (or traditional style, as some may call it) that most people around the world dance to. As of late, the Dominican Bachata is growing around the world as more and more people are getting interested in its fun and cheeky way of dancing.
Jaxen is one of Malaysia's most recognized face for Bachata having represented Malaysia in the international dance scene by being Malaysia's bachata Ambassador. He has performed and taught bachata at various dance festivals around the Asian region, most notably the recent Sydney Bachata Festival in April. He is also the only internationally recognized bachata instructor from Malaysia and has earned recognition from Asian countries to Australia to USA.
