Rhythm Identity Salsa and Bachata Dance School is one
of the newest and growing dance school in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Kuantan
and now Kemaman offering salsa and bachata dance to the central and
east coast region of Malaysia.
Established late 2006, Rhythm Identity is poised to create a Bachata
Revolution in Malaysia with its new and unique style of Bachata known
as Bachata Moderna and also its signature substyle BachaZouk. If you're

Rhythm Identity Updates!
Rhythm Identity will be launching its first weekly Zouk class in Malaysia starting June 2009. Come learn the most sensuous of the latin dances and be the pioneers of this new dance style in Malaysia.
A big CONGRATULATIONS to Rhythm Identity's Norman and Evelyn for clinching the 1st Runner-Up title at the 2009 En La Passion Singapore Bachata Competition! With only less than 2 weeks to prepare for the event, they have outshined many others and made Malaysia proud to have such great bachateros in their midst! A pat on the back should also be given to Rhythm Identity's other bachateros couple James and Mavis who did a wonderful job representing Rhythm Identity and Malaysia at this event.
And then at the Malaysian Salsa Festival 2009 in Cherating
from 23 - 26 July, Rhythm Identity is also performing both salsa and
bachata; one of the performance will be under the Salsa X Production
team.
Come join our latest Traditional Bachata Crash Course in June. Dates
are on 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd June @ 8.30pm (every Monday) and
this class will be conducted by RI's new bachata instructor, James.
Location at Joyclub Dance Academy in Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI).
This is for beginners who have never done bachata before (or any
other dance for that matter) and would like to embark on a wonderful
journey into the world of bachata. Each class last for an hour and
its a 4-class crash course. The rate is RM70.
We also have a Bachata Moderna Crash Course on 1st, 8th, 15th &
22nd June @ 8.30pm (every Monday) conducted by lead instructor Jaxen.
This is for those with a bit of bachata knowledge and would like
to learn more on the Moderna Style which is currently growing globally
especially in Australia and the UK. Each class last for an hour
and its a 4-class crash course. The rate is RM70.
Zouk is a new dance sensation coming into Malaysia. It is a type
of Brazillian dance similar to the Lambada and is now a huge dance
sensation in Australia; slowly it is making its way around the
world. It is a very beautiful and sensuous dance that involves
a lot of body movement and head motion.
Rhythm Identity is offering Zoukl Classes for anyone and everyone
who is interested. It will be a basic beginners class teaching
you how to dance Zouk and is suitable for anyone without any dance
knowledge.
Promotional rate for Zouk is priced at RM180/couple (registered in advanced). This promotional rate is applicable for couples who sign up before the class and is not valid for couples who did not register together as a couple prior to the class. Per pax rate is RM100. All rates are for 4 classes/month.
Ongoing Salsa students are entitled to 50% discount on Zouk classes. Ongoing Bachata Students are entitled to 25% off on Zouk classes.

current ongoing classes on every Friday 8.30pm (Pre-Intermediate).
Bachata Moderna
For those who came for Rhythm Identity's Bachata Revolution Workshop, this is a must-join class! You will be learning the various styles of bachata starting with the basic steps of bachata. This class will cover Traditional Bachata, BachaZouk as well as Inakichata. RM80 per month for this class.
We currently have Pre-Intermediate every Friday 8.30pm and a 4-days crash course in June 2009, every Mondays 8.30pm.
BACHATA PERFORMANCE CLASS FOR MSF 2009
Rhythm Identity will soon be opening up a performance class for a Bachata Project. Students who enrol for this class will be taught, trained and given the opportunity to perform at the upcoming Malaysian Salsa Festival 2009 happening in Cherating from 23 - 26 July 2009.
Classes are expected to commence in May 2009 and will run for 2.5 months and will prepare students to perform a special bachata routine. All choreography and performance opportunities is provided by Rhythm Identity.
As a bonus to students who enrol in this performance class, Rhythm Identity is offering a special installment package for the MSF 2009. Performer rates will be at RM1350 (triple sharing) and RM1650 (twin sharing) and will not change. Transportation additional RM80.
Rhythm Identity will pay in advance RM550 for all performing students. Performing students are required to pay RM200 in April, RM200 in May, RM200 in June and RM200 in July. Balance advance payment of RM550 is to be repaid to Rhythm Identity in two installment of RM200 in August and RM350 in September
All costume is to be borne by the performing students. Performance rates are at RM200 for 10 classes. Rhythm Identity will provide 2 FREE sessions of rehearsals before the performance event.
